Lost Pier

I was on my way back from having my car MOT'd (a certificate you need to say that car is roadworthy - i don't know what it is in other countries) and i was driving this coastal road by Largs, Scotland. I saw many wooden structures protruding from the sands of the beach. So i stopped and turned back and luckily i had my camera (i don't often not have it) so i took some snaps. It used to be an old pier, and now it's just 'lost' in the middle of the beach and thats that!!
